Terms of Service

Wone Talent is the creator program operated by Wone for its consumer brands. These terms govern your access to and use of the program, including the website, your creator account, sample requests, affiliate codes, and commission. By joining or using Wone Talent, you agree to these terms.

The program is open to content creators who provide accurate information about themselves and their social accounts. You are responsible for keeping your account details, delivery address, and payout information current. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so keep access to that email secure.

You may connect your Instagram or TikTok account to confirm you own the handle you list. When you connect, Wone reads your account's public profile (such as your username and account id) to verify ownership. Wone does not post on your behalf and does not receive your social login or password. You can disconnect at any time from your social platform's app settings. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

You can request product to create with from your dashboard. Each request is reviewed before it ships, and is sent to the delivery address on your profile. When you receive a sample, you agree to create and post content for it within the stated deadline, and to add the content link from your dashboard. Samples are provided for content creation and are not for resale.

After your first approved content, you unlock a personal affiliate code to share with your audience. You earn commission on net sales made through your code, calculated weekly from the real orders placed. Commission is shown net of returns: if a sale is returned, that commission reverses. Earnings are held for a period after each sale to clear the return window before they become withdrawable, and payouts are sent to the bank account on your profile once you reach the minimum balance. Self-purchases through your own code do not earn commission.

You agree not to use fake, bought, or incentivised engagement, not to misrepresent the products, and not to make claims about them that Wone has not provided or approved. Fraud, abuse of the sample or affiliate system, or violation of a social platform's own rules may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commission.

You own the content you create. By posting content for a Wone brand and tagging or linking it through the program, you grant Wone a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reshare and feature that content across Wone's own brand channels and marketing, with credit to you. You can ask Wone to stop featuring a specific piece of content by contacting the team.

Wone may update the program, these terms, tiers, and commission structure over time, and will make material changes visible here. You may leave the program at any time. Wone may suspend or end your participation if these terms are breached. Commission already earned and cleared at the time of an account's good-standing closure remains payable.
