What is Wone Talent?
It’s the creator program for Wone’s brands. Join once, request product to create with, post your content, and unlock bigger perks as you grow.
How do I join?
Sign in on the Join page with the Instagram or TikTok account you post from and your handle is verified instantly. Prefer email? Use the email-code option instead. It’s free.
I’m a video editor, videographer, or on-camera talent. Is this for me?
That’s the paid-talent track: apply for a role and the team matches you into paid briefs, shoots, edits, and retainers. This FAQ covers the creator program (samples + commission); both start from one profile.
How does verification work?
Choose Instagram or TikTok when you sign in. The provider confirms the account identity and returns the permitted profile details to Wone Talent, so we can link the correct social account without asking you to place a code in your bio.
Do the perks grow as I grow?
Yes. You start by buying and sharing your code, and as your content performs you unlock more: free product, then free shipping, and eventually premium drops, early access, and paid collabs. We’ll let you know as you level up.
How do I get product to create with?
Request it from your dashboard. You’ll add your delivery address when you request, and each request is approved before it ships. Recruited creators get product sent free; self-signups cover a small shipping fee on their first samples. Once it arrives, post your content within 14 days, and add the link from your dashboard before you request your next products.
How does commission work?
The moment you're approved, you get a personal affiliate code and shareable link. Your audience gets a discount with them, and you earn a percentage of the net sales made through them, after any returns are netted off. Your dashboard figures are recalculated every week from the real orders placed with your code.
When can I withdraw my earnings?
Commission is held for 30 days after each sale before it becomes withdrawable. That clears the customer return window so nothing gets clawed back after you’re paid. Once you have at least RM10 available, request a payout from your dashboard and we’ll arrange the transfer to the bank account on your profile.
What happens if a customer returns an order?
If a sale made through your code is returned, that commission reverses, which is why earnings are shown net of returns, and why there’s a short hold before payout.
How do I update my details or bank info?
Sign in and open your Profile to update your handles and payout details anytime. Only our team can see your payout details.
